Spring Song

Spring's coming
I see it...
in the buds swelling
in the flowers blooming
in the day lengthinging

I hear it...
in the wind rustling
in the birds calling
in the frogs chirping

I feel it...
in the sun's warmth
in the rain drops
in the wind's touch

I sense it...
In the spirits awakening
In my Lady's laughter
In the lifesong strenghening

And I rise with it
My blood pumping
My mind awakening
My heart singing
The song of Spring

Hail Ellen of the Ways

Hail to the Horned Lady
Hail to the Shining Wanderer
Hail to the Heart of the Forest
Bless me as I walk Your path

Lovely Lady of the Night

Lovely Lady of the night
Ever changing; dark and light
Sailing across a shimmering sea
Lighting the way for you and me
When she is growing, so do we
When she’s round to her we pray
As she wanes we spell to send away
And when she rests we wait for the new
Then she rises young and renewed
Lovely Lady of the night
To you I pray in the woods tonight

Spring Poem

The young Sun grows
Warm yellow spilling down
a green veil spangled white and violet
covers the face of the Earth
as She awakens from Her rest
The South wind blows
Whipping up life and death
Sending travelers’ on their way
Some resting for a moment
Others coming home

Star Prayer

Distant Lady of the night sky
Shine your light on the mysteries of life
Slowly unveil them to this wondering child
Guide me both in this life and the next
and when my time on earth is done
May you finally guide me home

Tree of Life Prayer

Your roots touch the center
Where all life begins
your branches touch the stars
where our souls long to blend
Connecter of all
Show me your truth
So that I may become one
with the stars and the earth
